Shipping and delivery of products

Ordination

The ordination will be confirmed by Pastificio Francesco Abatianni Srl via e-mail.

The sale will be considered concluded only after sending the order confirmation to the buyer by Pastificio Francesco Abatianni Srl which has collected the full amount of your payment.
Pastificio Francesco Abatianni Srl recommends the customer to save all the information on a paper or electronic document.
Pastificio Francesco Abatianni Srl will deliver to customers the products selected and ordered, in the manner shown, mediating trusted carriers.

Delivery times may vary between 3-7 working days but will not superate, anyway, 30 days from the ordination (D.Lgs 206/05).

The aforementioned delivery times refer to the products in the warehouse at the time of the order. Delivery will be made by carriers only by street level. No responsibility can be attributed to the supplier for delays or non delivery issues due to majeure force cause or unforeseeable circumstances.

Delivery and reception

The products will be delivered to the Buyer on the credit order. Invoices are automatically available on email the customer, once the order is validated. In case of delay, the Buyer shall report the incident by email to our company in order to allow us to improve the quality of our services and to undertake research at the carrier. In case of deterioration or miscarriage of our product and as a result of our research, Pastificio Francis Abatianni Srl will proceed at its own cost with a new shipment of products ordered by the Buyer, just in case it is not apparent a carrier's or customer's liability (Art. 1678 ss cc). Pastificio Francis Abatianni Srl makes deliveries throughout Italy and Europe. For shipments outside the country, the shipping costs will be shown at the check-out, except to the conditions set out in the promotional cart.

Delivery times

The management system of our warehouse ensures that from the moment in which the order leaves the warehouse, delivery will be made within 48-72 hours.

Orders received over the weekend will be processed the following Monday and orders received on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. Allowing for circumstances beyond our control, deliveries will be made as follows: 

- Within 3 working days for mainland Italy; 

- Within 4 days for Sicily, smaller islands, Venezia and Laguna; 

- Within 6 days for major European cities, thanks to our agreement with UPS; 

- For other destinations, details will be given at the time of order confirmation. 

The shipment in Sardinia will be processed with partner UPS and delivered within 3 working days.
The cost amounts to 8,50 for pack weighing between 0-30Kg.
Delivery times are approximate and therefore not binding. The company cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred due to delayed delivery times. 


Shipping Cost

For Italy the shipping will vary according to the weight scales to which they refers to.

For Europe the cost will be calculated automatically according to your order (weight, delivery address). 

The system will automatically calculate shipping costs according to the country of destination.

 For deliveries outside Europe, you can request an estimate of shipping costs via email. The cost will vary (at our discretion) according to the destination and weight and each case is calculated separately. 

Deliveries will be made with UPS, GLS, TNT, DHL, FedEx, BRT and the costs we quote here are based entirely on their prices.
