1. DO YOU SHIP ALL OVER THE WORLD? 
Yes, but for shipments outside the EU, you need to email us with your requirements and we will send you an estimate for the shipping cost. Shipping costs vary according to destination and weight and therefore each shipment needs to be priced individually. 
We are in the process of activating a system by which shipping costs to destinations outside the EU will be automatically calculated. 


2. WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT AT HOME FOR THE DELIVERY? 
If the courier cannot make the delivery, a notice will be left with the details of the shipment and a telephone number to contact the courier to organize another delivery date. If this takes place within 48 hours, you can avoid paying the courier extra fees. 


3. I ORDERED THE WRONG PRODUCT, CAN I EXCHANGE IT? 
Normally we do not exchange food items but in exceptional cases we will exchange items if the packaging is intact within a week after delivery. The customer will have to pay all shipping costs. 


4. AFTER PLACING MY ORDER, WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY? 
La spedizione avviene entro 48 ore in Italia, escluse le isole maggiori e minori, entro 96 ore nelle maggiori città europee e nelle isole italiane. Nel caso si scelga come pagamento il bonifico bancario, l'ordine è messo in lavorazione dopo l'avvenuto accredito della somma dovuta. 
In ogni caso sarà spedita una email nella quale si informa dell'avvenuta spedizione. 

5.CAN I REQUEST THE DELIVERY TO AN ADDRESS DIFFERENT BY MY HOME? 
Of course, we can ship to a different destination but you have to indicate it and the refering person for the retire when you process the order. Obviously the price for the shipment will depend by the destination.


6. WHICH PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU ACCEPT? 
For credit cards, we use PayPal, otherwise you can choose to pay by bank transfer.

Yes. all the prices are VAT included.
