Orecchiette made with durum semolina are prdoucted with the best quality of extra arancio semolina, pasteurized, slowly dried and packed in transparent bags of 500gr.

History and tradition

They have dome shape with a thinner center than the edge and the rough surface. In reference to the realization of the Orecchiette, it was born the term "strascinati"(dragged), synonymous used to indicate the realization of this kind of pasta.
